LAND FITNESS


FIT MIX 1 & FIT MIX 2
It includes low impact, some high impact, and strengthening moves.  It will elevate your heart rate and tone your body all over.  All moves can be modified to fit different fitness levels.  The best thing about Fit Mix is you won't be bored because the workout will vary day to day.

FIT IN 30
Fit in 30 is a high intensity interval workout done in 30 minutes. It is a challenging class combining cardio training and weight training. A perfect class for a lunchtime workout.

POUND
Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.  Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.  Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

CYCLING
A great cardio workout that will build strength throughout your whole body! Upbeat music paired with challenging biking sets of uphill climbs, sprints, pyramids, progressive climbs, ending with a great weighted arm toner! As we guide you through this fast paced class; you control the tension and work at your fitness level! This class is for all ages and fitness levels!

PILATES
Pilates connects you to your core! This class is great to tone the entire body, help you gain flexibility and strength. This is for all levels of fitness and we show alternative moves to accommodate everyone! This is a class that you can do the rest of your life!

STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN

A full body workout with free weights in 45 minutes! This is a no-impact class which includes exercises while sitting, standing, and lying. Each person works within their own comfort zone. A fun class, done to music, for all ages.

TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS-PART 1
Tai Chi is a safe, low impact exercise that has been shown to improve mobility and balance, decrease blood pressure, and enhance immune system function. Tai Chi can be done almost anywhere and is suitable for, not only those with arthritis, but about anyone. Eight week class.

TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS-PART 2
This eight week Tai chi class is a continuation of Part 1. Six new forms are learned as well as a more in depth review of forms learned in Part 1. Part 1 is required before Part 2.

F.I.T. -- Functional Intervaltraining!
Interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

WATER FITNESS

FLEX AND STRETCH

This one hour water class set to music is beneficial to seniors, or anyone with movement or balance issues that cause difficulties when exercising on hard surfaces or land. You will increase your flexibility and get your heart rate moving while in chest deep water. No need to know how to swim!

AQUASTHENICS
A great way to start the day with this 45 minute workout set to music. Get your heart pumping with some calisthenics in waist deep water. All the moves that can be difficult on land are easier in the water, but you are still getting all the benefits of the moves. Class is offered in 3-4 feet of water.
