F.I.T. -- Functional Interval Training!
Interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

PiYo with Jo
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. In addition,  the class will incorporate a low impact cardio routine combined with light weights, which will help get our heart rate up and help us burn calories.  PiYo is a total body workout in a fun-filled class! All fitness levels welcome!

A great cardio workout that will build strength throughout your whole body! Upbeat music paired with challenging biking sets of uphill climbs, sprints, pyramids, progressive climbs, ending with a great weighted arm toner! As we guide you through this fast paced class; you control the tension and work at your fitness level! This class is for all ages and fitness levels!

Pilates connects you to your core! This class is great to tone the entire body, help you gain flexibility and strength. This is for all levels of fitness and we show alternative moves to accommodate everyone! This is a class that you can do the rest of your life!

A full body workout with free weights in 45 minutes! This is a no-impact class which includes exercises while sitting, standing, and lying. Each person works within their own comfort zone. A fun class, done to music, for all ages.

Extreme Hip Hop is a revamp of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting a great calorie burn.

This one hour water class set to music is beneficial to seniors, or anyone with movement or balance issues that cause difficulties when exercising on hard surfaces or land. You will increase your flexibility and get your heart rate moving while in chest deep water. No need to know how to swim!

A great way to start the day with this 45 minute workout set to music. Get your heart pumping with some calisthenics in waist deep water. All the moves that can be difficult on land are easier in the water, but you are still getting all the benefits of the moves. Class is offered in 3-4 feet of water.

Water Aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water. Done mostly vertcally and without swimming, it is a typer of resistance training.
